Occupational Therapist (OT) - Home Health - Full Time
About The Position
Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is hiring an Occupational Therapist to provide home health care to patients with debilitating conditions. The therapist helps patients improve their ability to perform everyday tasks at home, develops daily living skills and basic motor functions, and helps patients compensate for losses of function. The role includes administering skilled care to clients who require intermittent professional services and teaching family members and other members of the health care team. Services are provided according to physicians’ orders and the established plan of care, under the direction and supervision of the Branch Director.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school of Occupational Therapy.
- Licensed as an Occupational Therapist in the state where the employee practices.
Nice To Haves
- At least one year of experience is preferred; less experience may be accepted with approval from the Regional Vice President and/or Regional Director of Therapy Services, based on prior experience setting.
- Medicare home health experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
