Part Time Occupational Therapist - Outpatient
About The Position
A temporary part-time (24 hours per week) Occupational Therapist (OT/ OTR) position is available in a beautiful outpatient clinic located in Brunswick, ME. This is a temporary position covering July, August and September. Preferred Therapy Solutions is a therapy-owned and operated company that focuses on appropriate and ethical patient care. Requirements
- Possess a current Occupational Therapist (OT) license or be license eligible to practice in the state employed
Nice To Haves
- Adult outpatient experience with a focus on orthopedic conditions and geriatric rehabilitation.
- Strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and experience with electronic documentation
- Good attention to detail and timeliness with documentation
- Ability to work well with others in a team setting
- Flexibility with hours.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled occupational therapy care to address pain, functional limitations, and strength based deficits in the assisted living, independent living and outpatient clinic settings
- Have adult outpatient experience with a focus on orthopedic conditions and geriatric rehabilitation.
- Demonstrate strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and have experience with electronic documentation
- Demonstrate good attention to detail and timeliness with documentation
- Work well with others in a team setting
- Be flexible with hours.
