We are seeking a passionate Occupational Therapist (OT) who thrives on seeing real-world progress. You will play a vital role in empowering independence for adult and senior populations through meaningful assessments, creative interventions, home innovation, and family partnership. You will be evaluating functional abilities and ADLs in a natural environment to create practical treatment plans, using evidence-based techniques to address neurological, musculoskeletal, and age-related challenges, identifying and implementing home modifications and adaptive tools to improve safety and accessibility, and acting as a bridge for families, providing the education and resources necessary to support their loved ones.
