About The Position

Therapy Partner Solutions (TPS), a therapist-owned and operated company since 2016, is seeking an Occupational Therapist for home health care. As a provider of home health therapy services for Community Home Care, you will be part of a strong, multidisciplinary team that includes physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists, nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals. The company is dedicated to providing exceptional therapy services and understands the unique challenges clinicians face in the home healthcare setting. Requirements

Graduate (current or pending) from an accredited occupational therapy program.
Active or pending state occupational therapy license.
Comfort working independently in the home setting.
