About The Position

This is a 13-week contract opportunity for a Travel Occupational Therapist in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF). The role guarantees 35 hours per week and focuses on enhancing patients' functional independence, mobility, and daily living skills within a rehabilitation-focused SNF environment.

Requirements

• Active Occupational Therapist license required.
• Excellent communication and interdisciplinary collaboration skills required.

Nice To Haves

• Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or rehab experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of ADL training and therapeutic interventions preferred.
• Experience working with geriatric and post-acute populations preferred.
• Current BLS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help patients improve functional independence, mobility, and daily living skills.
• Develop individualized treatment plans.
• Document patient progress accurately.
