You’ll split time between our Bay Shore & Amityville clinics, both equipped with state-of-the-art facilities. We're looking for someone to treat both pelvic health and general outpatient OT patients. Requirements
- Occupational Therapist Program Graduate
- NYS Occupational Therapy License or eligible
- Strong communication and patient education skills
- Commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care
- CPR/First Aid
Nice To Haves
- Pelvic certification
- Outpatient experience
- Sensory integration experience
- Willingness to complete Level 1 pelvic health course
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one outpatient OT care
- Evaluate, design, and adjust individualized care plans
- Fabricate custom splints as needed
- Document evaluations and treatment progress
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
