Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy required.
- Two (2) years of experience as a Occupational Therapist in an acute care or rehabilitation setting.
- Active and unencumbered Occupational Therapist license in state(s) of employment required.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association required within 30 days of hire.
