About The Position
As a Home Health Aide, your focus will be on helping patients with daily activities and providing personal care. AI-supported tools allow you to document key patient details efficiently, giving you more time to deliver compassionate, hands-on care. This role offers patient-centered care, reduced documentation burden through AI-supported tools, work-life balance by cutting down on after-hours documentation, and enhanced efficiency through technology-driven workflows that simplify compliance with care standards.
Requirements
- Certified Nursing Assistant highly preferred.
- In states where licensure is not required (AL, FL, MI, MT, NM, TX), applicants must meet one of the following: They are already a licensed/certified aide; or They have completed a state-approved nurse aide training program AND have been continuously employed in that capacity for the previous 24 months
- Current CPR certification required.
Responsibilities
- Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) and monitor basic health needs.
- Leverage documentation tools to track care provided and report patient conditions.
- Build trust with patients by maintaining focus on their needs.
