About The Position
PARS Therapy is seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist to provide home health care to homebound clients in Pearsall, Texas, who qualify for Medicare coverage. The therapist partners with patients in their recovery, helping them regain independence, improve quality of life, restore mobility, enhance functional abilities, and support long-term wellness in their homes. The role promotes health, prevents disability, and delivers hands-on interventions tailored to each patient’s needs.
Requirements
- Active Occupational Therapy license in the state of Texas.
- Current professional liability insurance for practice in Texas.
- Graduate degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively manage a variety of patient personalities.
- Up-to-date knowledge of evidence-based treatment practices and therapeutic techniques.
- Professional, compassionate demeanor with excellent communication skills.

- Previous experience in home health or rehabilitation settings.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patient conditions and create individualized treatment plans.
