About The Position

Therapy Partner Solutions is hiring an Occupational Therapist for its outpatient team in Brevard, North Carolina, focused on hand and upper-extremity care. The clinician will treat a wide range of diagnoses, including post-surgical hand and wrist cases and complex orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions involving the shoulder, elbow, and hand. The role is suitable for an experienced clinician or one working toward Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) credentials. The position offers opportunities for advanced training, leadership, teaching, and professional development aligned with the clinician’s goals. The role collaborates with UNC Health Pardee colleagues and surgeons to support a comprehensive approach to patient care. The stated schedule is Monday through Friday, and the position is full-time.

Requirements

Graduate, or be soon to graduate, from an accredited occupational therapy program.
Be a licensed Occupational Therapist or eligible for licensure.
Have an interest in working with patients with wrist and hand dysfunction.

Nice To Haves

Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) credential preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide outpatient occupational therapy for a range of upper-extremity diagnoses.
