About The Position

We’re hiring an Occupational Therapist (OT) specializing in orthopedic hand therapy who wants scheduling flexibility, clinical autonomy, and the opportunity to provide high-quality, one-on-one patient care. You’ll step into an outpatient role focused on upper extremity rehabilitation, custom splinting, and post-surgical hand care. You’ll practice with strong clinical support in an independent, therapist-owned private practice focused on patient outcomes rather than volume.

Requirements

• Clear and active Florida Occupational Therapist license
• Significant experience in hand and upper extremity orthopedics
• Comfortable with upper extremity rehabilitation, custom splinting, and post-surgical care
• Value high-quality, hands-on patient rehabilitation

Nice To Haves

• Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) credential is highly preferred
• Experienced hand therapists seeking a customized schedule are encouraged to apply
