Wayside is seeking a creative, flexible, and energetic Occupational Therapist to join our DMH IHBTC Team in Milford. This part-time position involves providing occupational therapy services to youth referred by the Department of Mental Health, with a strong emphasis on family-centered practice. The role requires collaboration with treatment teams, direct intervention, and support for young adults and their families through treatment planning, safety planning, and crisis intervention. The therapist will also provide consultation and education to clinical staff, clients, and families, and offer home-based strategies and recommendations.
