About The Position
Human Touch Home Health is hiring a licensed Occupational Therapist (PRN) to provide home health services in Arlington, Alexandria, Falls Church, and surrounding Northern Virginia communities. This is a flexible PRN opportunity where you can build your own schedule and provide one-on-one patient care.
Requirements
- Active Virginia Occupational Therapist license
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Strong documentation and communication skills
Nice To Haves
- Home health experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Complete occupational therapy evaluations, reassessments, and discharge planning
- Develop individualized treatment plans focused on improving daily living skills and independence
- Provide skilled therapy services in patients’ homes
- Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques and safety
- Coordinate care with physicians and the interdisciplinary team
