About The Position

The Occupational Therapist plans, evaluates, and treats patients with occupational therapy needs in clinical inpatient and outpatient settings. The role participates in established occupational therapy programs, including patient care and education. The Occupational Therapist evaluates and treats patients, establishes treatment programs and/or implements comprehensive discharge plans, and directs support personnel within the scope of practice.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program, or a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Pennsylvania Occupational Therapist license.
• National Board Certification in Occupational Therapy.
• Basic Life Support certification.

Nice To Haves

• Master's degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• One year of experience in an Occupational Therapy setting.
