About The Position

Human Touch Home Health is seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our growing team serving Falls Church, Arlington, Alexandria, Fairfax, McLean, Annandale, Vienna, Springfield, and surrounding Northern Virginia communities. This is a flexible PRN opportunity where you can make a meaningful impact while maintaining control of your schedule. As a Home Health Occupational Therapist, you'll work directly with patients in their homes, helping them improve their ability to perform daily activities safely and independently. Your expertise will help patients regain confidence and improve their quality of life.

Requirements

• Active Virginia Occupational Therapist License Required
• Valid Driver's License and Reliable Transportation
• Strong Communication and Documentation Skills
• Commitment to Delivering Patient-Centered Care

Nice To Haves

• Home Health Experience Preferred but Not Required

Responsibilities

• Complete occupational therapy evaluations, reassessments, and discharge visits
• Develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide skilled occupational therapy services in patients' homes
• Assess home safety and recommend adaptive equipment as needed
• Educate patients and caregivers on techniques to improve independence
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation
