About The Position
Constellation Kids is seeking a School-Based Occupational Therapist to provide services to school-age children in its Greenwich, Connecticut schools. The therapist will work collaboratively with school teams, families, and other therapists, providing evaluations and interventions through individual and small-group sessions. The role also includes preparing documentation and reports, and attending and contributing to IEP meetings. The position follows the school calendar. Constellation Kids is a family-owned company that has provided therapy and education services for over 25 years. It emphasizes a positive, supportive, compassionate, and nurturing environment, evidence-based therapies and behavioral interventions, and collaboration with educational teams and families.
Requirements
- Connecticut state license as an Occupational Therapist.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities
