About The Position

Concierge Home Care is hiring Home Health Occupational Therapists (OT). This role offers more control over your schedule, meaningful patient relationships, and the ability to increase income based on productivity. The coverage area is St. Cloud / Osceola County, FL, with territories designed to minimize drive time through clustered scheduling. The position offers a pay-per-visit model with potential for additional earnings, mileage reimbursement, and a data plan stipend, along with consistent patient volume. Therapists choose Concierge Home Care for its flexibility and autonomy, allowing them to create and manage their own schedules with no required weekends or holidays, no hospital shifts or 12-hour rotations, and greater control over work-life balance. The company utilizes AI-assisted charting and a user-friendly EMR (WellSky/Kinnser) to reduce documentation time, allowing more time with patients. Requirements

• Active, unencumbered Florida Occupational Therapist license
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
• CPR certification
• Ability to supervise COTAs

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Perform home safety assessments and recommend modifications
• Provide therapy to improve ADLs, functional mobility, and independence
• Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques and equipment
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs)
• Complete documentation using streamlined technology
