About The Position
Concierge Home Care is hiring Home Health Occupational Therapists (OTR). This role offers an opportunity to take control of your schedule and income, with a focus on 1:1 patient care in the home. The coverage area includes Duval and surrounding counties, with territories designed to minimize drive time through clustered scheduling. The position offers a pay-per-visit model with potential for high annual earnings, quarterly bonuses, and mileage reimbursement. Technology such as AI-assisted charting and a user-friendly EMR are provided to reduce documentation time. Requirements
- Active, unencumbered Florida Occupational Therapist license
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
- CPR certification
- Ability to supervise COTAs
Nice To Haves
- Home health experience preferred, but not required
Responsibilities
- Conduct patient evaluations and home environment assessments
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on physician orders
- Provide therapy focused on improving functional mobility and daily living skills
- Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive strategies and safety techniques
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
- Supervise and delegate care to Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) when appropriate
