Aldersgate Retirement and Sharon Towers in Charlotte, NC, invites you to join our dynamic therapy team as a PRN Occupational Therapist. Aldersgate & Sharon Towers offer a unique opportunity to serve residents across two exceptional senior living communities in Charlotte, NC. This split position allows clinicians to provide high-quality, person-centered care while collaborating with dedicated interdisciplinary teams in supportive, resident-focused environments. Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master’s or Doctorate degree in occupational therapy from an accredited program.
- Certification and licensure requirements as established by state and national board associations.
- Active state license
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Current working knowledge of Functional Pathways policies and procedures
- Completion of all required screenings, certifications, and licensure.
Responsibilities
- Screen, evaluate, re-evaluate, discharge plan and make revisions in any established plan of care as supervised by the Physician.
