About The Position

Sunnyview Rehab Hospital is seeking a Full-Time Occupational Therapist for their Inpatient unit. Requirements

Graduate of an approved Occupational Therapy program with a Bachelor of Science or Master’s degree.
Current NYS OT license and registration.
Experience in inpatient/acute or inpatient physical rehab is required.
Must be able to function well within a team concept of rehabilitation professionals.
Flexibility, exceptional clinical reasoning skills, and excellent communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

Perform evaluations and re-evaluations according to standards and recommended techniques.
Establish, implement, and adapt an individualized treatment plan of care, including appropriate goal setting, treatment activities, and frequency.
Document accurately and in a timely manner.
