About The Position
The Occupational Therapist will provide rehabilitation services, including developing treatment plans, conducting evaluations, and delivering therapeutic services to patients across specified locations. Must be flexible to float between Herrin, MHC, and St. Joe's facilities.
Requirements
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and NIHSS certifications as specified by facility requirements.
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekdays and weekends.
Responsibilities
- Develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
- Conduct patient evaluations and document progress.
- Provide therapeutic services and interventions.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed.
