About The Position
Applicants will work within a teaching facility, primarily focusing on patients with high acuity and complexity from various disciplines such as cardiac, orthopedic, and trauma care. They will be expected to work closely within an interdisciplinary team, providing support and therapy to patients with a variety of complex needs.
Requirements
- BLS certification.
- Current AL OT license.
- Experience with acute care and complex patient types.
- Ability to work efficiently and flexibly, and genuine willingness to be a team player.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate, treat, and manage a caseload independently.
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and support other team members.
- Work with and support students in a teaching environment.
- Participate in occasional weekend rotations depending on departmental needs.
