About The Position
Provides therapy to patients based on patient need and medical direction. Provides patient/caregiver education and arranges for adaptive equipment as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent from an accredited occupational therapy program
- State of Michigan Occupational Therapist License Upon Hire required
- National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy Registered Occupational Therapist Certification Upon Hire required
- State of Michigan Driver's License Upon Hire required for Home Care Business Lines
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross within 90 days of hire
Nice To Haves
- Master's Degree
- Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) certification from Hand Therapy Certification Commission for Hand Therapy Program Upon Hire preferred
