Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy (minimum)
• Current Infant-Adult Basic Life Support certification for Health Care Providers
• Current Wisconsin State Occupational Therapist license

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to students in school settings
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and healthcare professionals to support student development and wellness
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
• Adhere to professional and departmental policies and procedures
