About The Position

Aegis Therapies, a leading provider of contract rehabilitation and wellness services, is hiring a Program Manager. This role offers the opportunity to improve the lives of seniors while developing leadership skills. The Program Manager will be the primary contact for customers, residents, and staff within the rehab program. This position is ideal for someone who is customer-focused, skilled at relationship development, and ambitious. The role involves treating patients and gaining leadership experience through administrative tasks like scheduling and liaising with the Area Manager.

Requirements

• Current license or ability to obtain as a Therapist/Assistant in the state of practice
• Must meet Clinical Competency requirements
• Current CPR certification
