About The Position

Aegis Therapies, a leading provider of contract rehabilitation and wellness services, is hiring a Program Manager to join their supportive team. This role offers the opportunity to improve the lives of seniors while developing leadership skills. The Program Manager will be the primary point of contact for customers, residents, and staff within the outpatient rehabilitation program at Twin Rivers Senior Living in Richardson, TX. The setting includes Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Outpatient services, focusing on higher-functioning residents. The position emphasizes work-life balance and flexibility.

Requirements

Current license or ability to obtain as a Therapist/Assistant in the state of practice.
Must meet Clinical Competency requirements.
Current CPR certification (preferred).

Responsibilities

Treat patients while gaining leadership experience.
Perform administrative tasks, such as scheduling.
Serve as a liaison for the Area Manager.
Develop relationships with customers, residents, and staff.
Provide rehabilitation and wellness services.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for patient care.
