About The Position
Aegis Therapies is hiring an Occupational Therapist (OTR) to join their supportive team at Panorama Convalescent & Rehab Center in Lacey, WA. This role offers a diverse range of treatment opportunities within a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) setting, including Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, Independent Living, Memory Care, On-campus Home Health, and Outpatient services. The position is available for Full Time, Part Time, or PRN status and offers a $5,000.00 bonus for full-time hires, paid out over 12 months. Panorama is a large life plan community with extensive facilities, including a large therapy gym, a separate outpatient clinic, and a warm water therapy pool. Requirements
- Current license as an Occupational Therapist or ability to obtain in the state of practice.
- Enjoy working in geriatrics.
- Current Occupational Therapy license.

Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services within a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) setting.
- Treat patients across various levels of care including Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, Independent Living, Memory Care, On-campus Home Health, and Outpatient.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide the best patient care.
- Utilize on-site therapy gym and warm water therapy pool for treatment.
