About The Position
Aegis Therapies is hiring an Occupational Therapist (OTR) to join their supportive team at Panorama Convalescent & Rehab Center in Lacey, WA. This role is within a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC), offering a diverse range of treatment opportunities across the continuum of care, including Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, Independent Living, Memory Care, On-campus Home Health, and Outpatient services. The position offers a $5,000 bonus for full-time hires, paid out over 12 months. Panorama is a large life plan community with extensive facilities, including a large therapy gym with FTF equipment, a separate satellite clinic for outpatient services, and a warm water therapy pool.
Requirements
- Current license as an Occupational Therapist or ability to obtain in the state of practice.
- Enjoy working in geriatrics.
- Current Occupational Therapy license.

Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services within a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC).
- Treat patients across various settings including Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, Independent Living, Memory Care, On-campus Home Health, and Outpatient.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient care.
- Utilize on-site therapy gym and therapy pool for treatment.
