About The Position
Are you an Occupational Therapist (OT) who is passionate about helping older adults live safer, more independent lives? If so, our Rehab Team in Parma, OH is seeking its next PRN employee-owner team member to support patient-centered care at Mount Alverna. Weekday and weekend coverage needed!
Requirements
- Be a graduate of an accredited school for Occupational Therapists.
- Hold a valid state license.
- Ability to work flexible hours and weekends.
Nice To Haves
- Acute care, long-term care and/or rehabilitation experience
Responsibilities
- Establish appropriate goals and creatively execute the treatment plans along with supervision of the Occupational Therapist Assistants.
- Maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation.
- Help your patients achieve critical outcomes while acting as a trusted partner to the community you serve.
