This role involves the evaluation and treatment of patients with a variety of developmental, sensory processing, musculoskeletal, and neurological diagnoses/conditions. The occupational therapist or COTA will provide education and preventative care to patients, families, hospital associates, and the community. This position serves as a liaison between patients, families, physicians, nursing, and Social Services, ensuring the effective and efficient delivery, education, and coordination of occupational therapy services. The primary caseload will be in outpatient pediatrics.
