About The Position

Greenfield Rehab is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) or Occupational Therapist Assistant (OTA) to join its therapy team at a comprehensive continuum-of-care senior campus in Viroqua, Wisconsin. The role involves caring for patients across multiple levels of care and calls for confidence with complex patient presentations, fast-paced transitions of care, and interdisciplinary collaboration. Clinicians can practice at the top of their license while providing high-quality, patient-centered therapy that supports seniors’ independence and quality of life. Requirements

For the Occupational Therapist role: graduate from an accredited school with a bachelor’s, master’s, or doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy.
For the Occupational Therapist role: be licensed by the State of Wisconsin to practice as an Occupational Therapist.
For the Occupational Therapist Assistant role: graduate from an accredited school with an associate degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant.
For the Occupational Therapist Assistant role: be licensed by the State of Wisconsin to practice as an Occupational Therapy Assistant.

Responsibilities

Deliver meaningful, functional, patient-centered therapy to help seniors maintain independence and quality of life.
Provide care across multiple levels of care within a continuum-of-care senior campus.
Navigate complex patient presentations and fast-paced transitions of care.
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.
