About The Position

Work Schedule: 80% FTE, 32 hours/week. Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00pm. Hours could vary based on operational needs of the department. You will work onsite at Eastpark Medical Center at 4621 Eastpark Blvd., Madison, WI. Pay: Opportunity comes with a $3,200 sign on bonus. Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy Required
Licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the State of Wisconsin Upon Hire Required
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 3 months Required
