Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited occupational therapy program.
- Licensed Occupational Therapist or License-eligible.
- Experience in lymphedema treatment is implied by the job title and patient population focus.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with cancer survivors and post-surgical patients with lymphedema.
- Experience with individuals at risk for lymphedema.
Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to patients with lymphedema, primarily cancer survivors and post-surgical patients.
- Collaborate with UNC Health Pardee colleagues and surgeons to develop a comprehensive healthcare approach.
- Maintain an appropriate caseload to ensure each patient receives the best possible care.
- Utilize provided resources to be effective in patient care.
- Participate in team-based learning sessions and skill acquisition.
