Requirements
- Current Occupational Therapist license in the state of Massachusetts.
- Experience in home health care preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
Responsibilities
- Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide skilled occupational therapy interventions in the home setting.
- Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to optimize care.
- Document patient progress and update treatment plans accordingly.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards.
