About The Position
Assisted is looking for a per diem Occupational Therapist for Home Health supporting our Thousand Oaks branch. This role involves evaluating patients and developing treatment plans to increase their independence and maximize their everyday living and working skills. You will collaborate with nurses, physical therapists, and other medical professionals to provide the best possible therapeutic care.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy curriculum
- Licensed as an Occupational Therapist
- At least one year of experience in occupational therapy

- Experience in a variety of settings a plus
Responsibilities
- Team with nurses, physical therapists and other medical professionals in order to provide our patients with the best possible therapeutic care, with the goal of increasing their independence and their overall success in maximizing their everyday living and working skills
- Evaluate the level of function and initiate a plan of treatment for Occupational Therapy to assist with relieving pain, preventing disability, developing body skills, restoring function and maintaining maximum capabilities through the use of graded functional Occupational Therapy activities
