About The Position

Provides therapy to patients based on patient need and medical direction. Provides patient/caregiver education and arranges for adaptive equipment as needed. This position will provide coverage to Ludington and surrounding Areas. Our therapists provide 1:1 care with our patients. Our Epic EMR allows for seamless care and better transparency of physician notes. As a Not-for-Profit organization they may be eligible for debt forgiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent from an accredited occupational therapy program (Required)
• Occupational Therapist, Registered (OTR) - NB-COT National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (Required)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA American Heart Association or Basic Life Support (BLS) - ARC American Red Cross within 90 days of Hire (Required)
• Driver's License - STATE_MI State of Michigan Home Care Business Lines Upon Hire (Required)

Nice To Haves

• Master's Degree (Preferred)
• 1 year or more of relevant experience within Home Care/VNA (Preferred)
