The Home Care Occupational Therapist evaluates and treats patients with physical, emotional, cognitive, and psychosocial deficits that impact their ability to safely and independently perform daily living activities. This role works closely within an interdisciplinary home care team that includes physical therapists, home health aides, and speech pathologists to coordinate comprehensive patient care and support positive outcomes. Caregivers benefit from a collaborative environment with dedicated support resources available throughout the day to assist with patient needs and care coordination. This is a PRN role. A caregiver in this role will work 48 hours in a 6-week period including help for weekends.
