About The Position
Integrity Rehab Group, in partnership with Beaufort Orthopaedic Sports & Spine, is seeking an Occupational Therapist/Hand Therapist for their Hilton Head Island location. This role is focused on providing a remarkable patient experience through coordinated, evidence-based, patient-centered care, emphasizing strong relationships with physician partners to achieve exceptional patient outcomes and a positive healing atmosphere. The position promotes a collaborative and supportive work environment.
Requirements
- Current or pending OT license
- Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program
- CPR certified
Nice To Haves
- Licensed OT Hand Therapy experience preferred
- CHT Fellowship
Responsibilities
- Provide patient-centered care with an emphasis on comprehensive evidence-based treatment.
- Coordinate care with physician partners.
- Contribute to a collaborative and supportive work environment.
- Engage in opportunities for hand physician interaction, including clinic shadowing and surgery observation.
