Baylor Scott & White Institute for Rehabilitation - Outpatient is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to join their multi-disciplinary team in an adult OP setting. The ideal candidate must be a Certified Hand Therapist and have a desire to train and mentor within their AOTA Hand Fellowship program. The candidate will collaborate with the OT and PT teams in-house and have a desire for mentoring other OT's across the company. Experience and proficiency with splinting skills would be required. They primarily treat orthopedic injuries and conditions but also some high-level neurologic conditions on occasion. Situated on the campus of a level-1 trauma center, they frequently see multi-trauma patients, tendon transfers/reconstructions, traumatic amputees, as well as nerve grafts. They are seeking a candidate with strong interpersonal skills and a desire to collaborate current relationships with their established as well as new and potential referral sources.
