Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) – PRN
About The Position
No Limits Pediatric Therapies is seeking a pediatric Occupational Therapist Assistant for a PRN position. The role supports children in reaching their potential at home, at school, and in the community through individualized, play-based, neuro-affirming, and strengths-focused treatment. The assistant carries out treatment plans that promote children’s functional skills, independence, and confidence, while partnering with families and an interdisciplinary therapy team. The position is in person at No Limits Pediatric Therapies. Scheduling is flexible and based on the assistant’s availability and clinic coverage needs. The clinic offers a collaborative team environment, structured onboarding, and opportunities to explore specialty areas.
Requirements
- Degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant.
- Current or eligible Arkansas state licensure.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Passion for helping children build independence and confidence through creativity and play.
- Flexibility and willingness to provide coverage based on clinic needs.
Nice To Haves
- Pediatric clinical experience is preferred.
- Experience with sensory integration or feeding therapy is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Carry out individualized treatment plans.
- Provide engaging, play-based treatment to support children’s functional skills and independence.
- Collaborate with families and other members of the therapy team.
- Complete documentation and maintain accurate client records.
- Support client care based on clinic needs and the assistant’s availability.
