About The Position

Greenfield Rehab is seeking an Occupational Therapist Assistant to join its therapy team at a comprehensive continuum-of-care senior campus in Green Bay, Wisconsin. The role involves providing high-quality, patient-centered care across multiple levels of care, including complex patient presentations and fast-paced transitions of care. The clinician will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team and provide functional therapy to help seniors maintain independence and quality of life. Requirements

Graduate from an accredited school with an associate degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant.
Be licensed by the State of Wisconsin to practice as an Occupational Therapy Assistant.
