About The Position

HTS is currently seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant to join their team at a highly-rated senior living community located in Fort Wayne. This OTA will work with a diverse population including assisted/independent living, memory care, short term rehab, and long-term care -- addressing their unique therapeutic needs. The goal is to improve the quality of life for seniors by fostering their physical health, independence, and overall well-being.

Requirements

• Active State Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) license.
• Degree from an ACOTE-accredited occupational therapy assisting program.
• Passing of the National Board of Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT®) examination.
• Fulfilling the state’s requirements for licensure.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality occupational therapy to residents in a supportive environment.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
