Licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) – Full Time
About The Position
Healthcare Therapy Services is currently hiring an Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) to join their supportive team at a highly-rated continuing care retirement community in Cincinnati, Ohio. This senior living community offers various levels of care from independent living to skilled nursing and short-term rehab. In this position, the OTA will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans and maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and resident programs. This is a full-time position, typically 30 – 40 hours per week. Requirements
- Active Ohio Occupational Therapy Assistant license or must have the necessary qualifications to earn Ohio license
- Degree from an ACOTE-accredited occupational therapy assisting program
- Subsequent passing of the National Board of Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT®) examination
- Fulfilling the state’s requirements for licensure
- Legally eligible to work in the United States
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and resident programs
