About The Position
Greenfield Rehab is seeking an Occupational Therapist Assistant to join its therapy team at a comprehensive continuum-of-care senior campus in Dousman, Wisconsin. The role involves providing high-quality, patient-centered care across multiple levels of care and working with complex patient presentations, fast-paced transitions of care, and an interdisciplinary team. The position offers the opportunity to practice at the top of the clinician’s license and support seniors in maintaining independence and quality of life. Greenfield Rehab is a therapist-owned and operated organization that provides physical, occupational, and speech therapy services to senior communities, skilled nursing facilities, home health agencies, and individuals in their homes across Wisconsin. Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited school with an associate degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant.
- Be licensed by the State of Wisconsin to practice as an Occupational Therapy Assistant.
