About The Position
Greenfield Rehab is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist Assistant to join its therapy team serving a continuum-of-care senior campus in Lancaster and Prairie du Chien, Wisconsin. The role involves providing patient-centered therapy across multiple levels of care, including care for seniors with complex presentations and during fast-paced transitions of care. The position offers opportunities for interdisciplinary collaboration and clinical growth across the continuum of care. Greenfield Rehab is a therapist-owned and operated provider of physical, occupational, and speech therapy services to senior communities, skilled nursing facilities, home health agencies, and individuals in their homes across Wisconsin. The organization has served Wisconsin since 1967.
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited school with an associate degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant.
- Hold a Wisconsin state license to practice as an Occupational Therapy Assistant.
Responsibilities
