About The Position

Greenfield Rehab is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist Assistant to join its therapy team at a senior campus in Lancaster and Prairie du Chien, Wisconsin. The role involves providing high-quality, patient-centered care across multiple levels of care, including treating complex patient presentations, navigating fast-paced transitions of care, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team. Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited school with an associate degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant.
• Be licensed by the State of Wisconsin to practice as an Occupational Therapy Assistant.
