About The Position
Creative Health Solutions is seeking a passionate and dedicated Full-Time Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA/L) to join our growing in-house therapy team at our beautiful Skilled Nursing Facility with Assisted Living in Wesley Chapel, Florida. We are seeking a skilled and passionate Occupational Therapist Assistant to join our team at Creative Health Solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with a team of healthcare professionals to develop and administer therapy programs aimed at improving patients' physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
Requirements
- Valid State OTA License
Responsibilities
- Implement treatment intervention plans to address the goals on the plan of care.
- Work closely with a team of healthcare professionals to create personalized treatment plans for patients.
- Document patient progress and communicate with healthcare professionals regarding treatment plans and patient outcomes.
- Continuously educate patients and their families on therapeutic procedures and techniques.
- Stay up to date with the latest therapy techniques and methodologies.
