A hospital located East of Birmingham, AL is looking for a travel Occupational Therapist Assistant to join their team. This is a full-time, travel contract opportunity, with the possibility of becoming a permanent position. The role involves observing and recording patient responses to therapeutic interventions, reporting changes, attitudes, and behaviors to the supervising OT. The OTA will also coordinate patient care and treatment adjustments with office staff, OTs, and other allied health professionals, while maintaining compliance with company policies, state licensing board rules, and federal healthcare regulations.
