About The Position

The Occupational Therapist Assistant in Home Health provides occupational therapy to patients in their homes to help restore them to their fullest physical ability. The role is performed in accordance with organizational policies and procedures and the established plan of care.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) program accredited by the Accreditation Council for Occupational Therapy Education (ACOTE).
• No experience required.
• Occupational Therapist Assistant (OTA) license or certification required upon hire.
• Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) certification required upon hire.
• Valid, in-state driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation required upon hire.
• In South Carolina, certification and good standing with the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy required upon hire.
