Requirements

Graduate (current or pending) from an accredited occupational or physical therapy program
Active or pending state occupational or physical therapist license
Interest in working with patients with wrist/hand dysfunction

Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) preferred

Responsibilities

Treat a wide variety of upper extremity diagnoses, from post-surgical hand and wrist cases to complex orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions involving the shoulder, elbow, and hand.
Provide personalized therapy services in a welcoming and caring environment.
Ensure patients are scheduled within 24-48 hours.
Emphasize a progressive and individualized approach throughout the entire course of care to optimize patient outcomes.
Collaborate with a team of expert therapists delivering physical therapy, hand therapy, occupational therapy, sports rehab, and custom splinting.
Participate in team-based learning sessions, presentations on relevant topics, and skill acquisition.
Engage in co-treatment options.
Receive regular checkpoints, communication, and guidance through professional challenges.
